Trust

by Mel

By 'Lissa StufflestreetPublished 3 years ago • 1 min read

Trust;

that's what she loses when you steal what isn't yours.

Trust;

the one part of her that she never thought she'd have to part away from.

The worst part?

You were the one person,

the only one person,

in which she held the most of that trust for..

Now she's afraid,

afraid of you,

afraid of them,

anyone;

she can't seem to let anyone else in.

All thanks to you.

All thanks to the actions,

the ones you thought were so innocent

and unimportant,

that you've done.

The decisions you made,

in that one instant,

changed her;

destroyed her.

You changed her life.

You destroyed her life.

You did it,

yet she's the one who has to

deal with the results.
