Traveller

Traveller - Poem

One who manages their feelings

Even at his worst

He was able to spend some time alone

He made it through the traps and back to safety

But he was exhausted

He didn't have so much as a loaf of bread in his bag

He had gone without eating for many days

The traveler was determined to not give in to his emotions again

You've made incredible progress to get here

You keep going without turning back

Since you've made it thus far

Why would you look back and travel backwards

You tried to be there for folks when things were bad,

But they weren't there for you

The names of those who did not help you

Write on a piece of paper

Didn't you take revenge on all of them one by one

Traveller, don't be stuck in the past

Just look ahead

Proceed with patience

Burn the past and walk towards the darkness ahead

They will always come towards you

They will deal with you again, traveller

Don't worry traveller

The hour of revenge will come

Remember just look ahead
