Transcending

I will fly away.

Beyond anyone’s voice.

Beyond anyone’s reach.

I will spread my amber wings

And sail towards celestial heavens

Unknown to man or beast.

I will skim through the stars.

Drifting through oceans of light.

Nothing will touch me.

Nothing will hurt me.

I shall disappear into

The rays of the sun

As I circle the moons and planets.

Life and time will grow still

In the dark void of space.

I shall laugh at the worries

So far away.

And never regret a thing.

My sorrows shall ebb away

As my fears become a distant memory.

I’ll smile at freedom

And embrace my soul

For nothing can stop me.

Nothing will stop me.

I am whole.

I am one.

I am me.
