Jealousy, not the measure of loves intent
Rather a control to cage and conceal it.
Devotion hides behind no walled garden
It’s photosynthetic, reliant on radiance
It’s blooms face south, maximisation.
It’s pride in possession, not possessive
Food for fulfilling, in nurtured revealing
The marks envy leaves in its tidewater
Etched into the naivety of the unforgiven
It’s wretched falsehoods, justifying itself
Wrecking blows to unsuspected belief
A wake to drink it’s victim’s celebration
An anger, without gauge or conscience.
Injustice to deceive its peers pressured
The broken lock on the empty prison.
Condemnation to devotions purification
An antithetical anchor to dystopian era’s
A shadow show reel. Remorse concealer
Soft words uttered, seeping unkindness
Open loves majestic highest parallels
In acknowledgment, a healing tethering
Reciprocal tension applied to terminals.
Together, we broker the tandem cavern.
