What a feat

to find

someone

who doesn’t hide

in letters and yellow air.

I crouched

under time and pity,

I found you

only by reflection. Not the face

forgotten in a decade,

but the lullaby

forever in my mind.

Present song.

A ghazal of the purest love.

I digress, I stumble on my path to you, Theo. Where mud comes with money, and money with resentment. Still, I’m yours,

lovingly.
