to my future lover, i miss you
i've been thinking a lot about you these days
who you are, and who you could be
maybe our souls are yet to collide
maybe i have yet to feel
your touch on my skin
maybe i have yet to feel
the colour of your breath
and the taste of your caress
or maybe we've met before,
two paths that diverged
but are destined to come together again
like two soulmates that weren't meant to be
but will meet again,
when we're both ready
