Time to start

There comes a time, when you have to choose,

Or else you’re likely, in life to lose,

For this life is not, a practice run,

And yes, we all love, to have some fun,

But ask yourself, now where you are,

Are your goals, close or far?

A year ago, you said you would,

But stopped because, you didn’t think you should,

Imagine if, you’d started then,

It’s a pattern we make, time and again,

It’s in our hands, to start that journey,

And so what! you didn’t, get in so early,

It’s never too late, to discover your truth,

And in this life, really raise the roof,

It’s not only about, being super successful,

When that path can be, quite a bit stressful,

It’s about that thing, called happiness,

That can remove, every type of stress,

For happiness, is where we should aim,

Not riches or, a claim to fame,

Good things come, to those who wait,

But to change your life, just go through the gate.

Escape the prison, you find yourself,

And make a start, on your career or health,

Whatever you need, to turnaround,

Good times are coming, and will compound,

Free yourself, from the chains of must,

And in yourself, put in some trust.

Go for your dreams, no matter the size,

And you will win, life’s greatest prize,

Happiness, awaits you eagerly,

If only you start now, and set yourself free.
