Thought Control

It is in our minds, where the key battle rages,

Where things like fear, can become contagious,

How we control, our mind is the key,

To living a life, where we are more healthy,

For fear and depression, will impact our mind,

And illness will follow, you will usually find,

It’s a positive mindset, you have to adhere,

And in this I want, to be totally clear,

If you can control, your thoughts in this way,

You’ll find your more healthy, every single day,

Turn off the tv, don’t listen to the news,

Those inputs you have, will affect all your views,

For the fear we have seen, over last year,

Has made such an impact, on our health it is clear,

But you’re in control, of your thoughts always,

So make them positive, in each and every way,

Only allow, things that lift or enhance,

Defend your mind, you can take a tough stance,

Where life is no longer, about fear or dread,

But happiness and joy, are filling your head,

Know that your mind, plays a pivotal role,

In keeping you healthy, so please take control,

It sounds almost silly, but you are what you think,

And we manifest things, the mind is the link,

Just try for a week, and see what you see,

You’ll find you’ll feel healthy, happy and free!
