Just another Friday on my mind
Some thoughts on this day.
Weekend on the mind. At last.
Peace on my face.
Just a few folders,
To close and save. Hiding now.
Thunder is passing.
The world in turmoil.
The soul unhinged. Worried.
Rest on my pillow.
Today never is,
But an idea in the mind.
Busy is the ant.
Friday, I call you,
The longing is strong. Slow down!!
I breathe so I am.
Living now and here
In interesting moments.
Summer, we call it.
Whatever will do!
I take what is offered, but...
The evening is long.
My patience on edge
This is boring and crude.
A beach at sunset!!
Have you seen, Friday?
Said One Robinson Crusoe.
Wishing it, hoping!
