Sitting in a corner
Thinking of how to please you
How to be yours
How to be mine
You give me anxiety
You fill me with worry
You are the reason as to why my anxiety strikes
I hate you but I can't leave you
Or so I thought
The young flower treasures her worth
She reaches the point of obtaining self love
Learning as she goes along
Trying out new ideologies
Finding herself slowly
Committed to the race of life
Accomplishing her goals
Getting out of depression
Flourishing into the beautiful flower she is
And all these thoughts rush in
Every now and then
She bends under the weight of the hurt you put me through
But she waters herself
And carries on
She is never perfect
She strives for it
But this time not for you
Not for anyone who pushes her to do so
Just for herself
The beauty in which she obtains
Can't compromise with you
So she walks away from the thoughts of you
Steps away from that reality
And Carries on with her life
Like the flower she is.
