They Are The Worth

Will I be her’s?

By Ecarg NosivePublished 4 months ago 1 min read

Magnetized by serendipity

Our bodies communicate too easily

Our souls are next to the same

I’m scared, I’m scared.

But am I really?

She is ethereal

I can’t find a single flaw

Wondered why they took so long, but they came

I’m aware, I’m aware.

But do I care?

That time hasn’t exceeded us

Yet 7 days isn’t enough

To solidify what I’m feeling but

I trust, I trust.

In the universe

god did his devil work

So we could find each other and

I found, I found.

What I’ve always wanted

We’re terrified to start it

We should wait, will wait

But the control is out of my hands

As my hands are them

Our morals & interests intertwine

I just know it will all be fine

Devastated if she isn’t mine

I vow to never pain their conflicted mind

I know we can’t predict the future, but the future also can’t predict us

I believe we can do this

For all we have to do is, be

No effort

Other than emotional maturity

I can’t stay separate

She is already a part of me

It’s too soon

It’s too irrational

It’s too passionate

They say it’s infatuation but

Then explain to me why I’ve never felt it with people I loved dearly

And please explain why my entire being collides with their’s by only slightly touching

and as we are both blushing, and laughing, and bonding, and venting

I want this

But I will wait

I’ve been waiting for almost 30 years

So what’s a bit longer

To find the worth

They are the worth

I hope she finds me in her process
