The Wrath of Mother Nature

Cleansing the Earth

High winds gathering,

out at open sea they dance.

Rotating with rage.

Tide swells reach for land,

Crossing the sand barrier.

Reclaiming their space.

Loud rumbling thunder,

Lighting strikes, the earth glows red.

Consuming, eating.

Path of destruction!

Will she not show us mercy?

Do we deserve it?
