The World We Live In

This Generation

I’ve been contemplating the latest human condition how being fake and superficial has become the new religion where social media is validation and no love, no trust, and work yourself to death has become the new mantra.

Everyone begging and screaming to be loved but nobody wants to be genuine. No one cares being toxic is the thing to do, being emotionally unavailable is sought after, and being heartless is cute. Where morals are put on mute and doing any and everything to get a bag is turned up to the highest volume. Everyone is so hurt and so sad but refuses to show genuine kindness to someone who doesn’t post everything on Instagram. Happiness is equated to love but got telephoned so wrong that it became money instead of love.

Being mean makes you cool and being kind makes you weak why is this the world we live in why won’t anyone speak? What are we so afraid of? If everyone just showed a little bit more love there world be less hurt people turning up. Why is it the norm to spread negativity instead of positivity but everyone hates the negativity that surrounds they’re life.

What’s the point of hating each other when we’re all trying to achieve the same goal that telephoned and fucked. If happiness were equal to money how come most rich people are so depressed to the point of death. Mark my words it’s love. Love for life and anything that draws breath, love for nature and the earth were so quick to take advantage of, love for humans no matter how distant or close. With love comes understanding, with understanding comes ease, with ease comes positivity and the things you manifest, with manifestation comes hope and with hope breeds more love.
