In the quiet of the morning

stillness reigns supreme.

A tranquil pause before the world awakes.

The air is calm, gentle waters mirror,

as if time itself has come to a halt.

Suddenly beneath the surface trembles,

a hidden energy,

A current of movement eager to burst

In the depths of the ocean, creatures stir,

Their graceful dances unseen by human eyes.

The trees sway gently in the breeze,

Their branches reaching for the sky in silent motion.

Birds take flight, wings slicing through the air,

A symphony of movement

And so the world spins on its axis,

A delicate balance of quietude and motion.

For in the stillness, there is movement,

In the movement, there is stillness.

Each complements the other in a dance,

A rhythm of life that pulses through the universe.

In stillness, we find peace,

in movement, we find purpose.
