In this strange land where shadows gleam,

And whispers echo love's sweet theme,

We stand apart, yet hearts entwined,

By distance, closer souls we find.

The sun, a thief, steals colors bright,

But moonlit nights ignite the light

Within our eyes, a sparkling spark,

A silent language in the dark.

The world may twist, a curious game,

Where shouts of anger bring no flame,

But quiet moments, soft and slow,

Let love's true fire fiercely glow.

So let them speak in hollers loud,

While we, in whispers, vow out proud,

A love that thrives in what's unseen,

A world turned upside down, serene.
