The truth and the lie
The shout and the cry
The anger and the sigh
The who, what, where, why
The sane and the mad
The good and the bad
The happy and the sad
The want, need, have, had

Well said, we just need to realize which is which.
At first your poem didn't make sense. Then I realised I misread your title as Two Truths and a Lie 🤦♀️ Well now it makes perfect sense and is brilliant!
What a beautifully poetic brain dump! I love the opposing language within, great work!
Opposites detract.
Well done.
