Breathing in,
His lungs fluttered pathetically,
Burning for air that his body,
Would not allow access to.
He choked on the blood coming up his throat,
Only for the thick liquid to stall there.
He knew he was dying,
Knew it from the moment he fell in love.
And he fell hard,
He fell fast.
He slipped and tumbled head over heels in love with
Her.
He fell from such a great height, at such a rapid speed,
That when he finally made contact with the bottom,
He was broken,
Never to be whole again.
Not without her.
