In the temple of muscle and steel,

We enter to transform, and to feel.

To push our limits, and test our might,

And to emerge, with a sense of pride and light.

The weights clank and clatter, with each lift we make,

As our muscles bulge, and our strength we take.

We sweat and we toil, with each rep we do,

And we feel the burn, in our hearts that are true.

Here, we find community, and a bond so strong,

With those who share, in the pursuit of what's right.

We motivate each other, and help each other grow,

And we leave the temple, with a spirit that's aglow.

For the gym is a place, where bodies are transformed,

And spirits are filled, with a sense of the normed.

It is a temple, where the weak become the strong,

And where each workout, is a victory that we prolong.
