The Sun Rises Over the Gates of Peace
The beginning of a tranquil Dawn
When we search for the Gates of Peace,
We look in the East and watch the sun rise.
When we begin our quest for the Gates of Peace,
We watch as the Sun sets in the West.
Hatred cannot be defeated with more hatred.
War must not be used to stop wars,
Take time to think, rest, and pause.
The Sun Rises Over the Gates of Peace
The beginning of a tranquil Dawn,
As a new life and a new story are born.
Patience, love, peace, and understanding,
With humility and mutual respect are the key,
To open the Gates of Peace, Love, and harmony.
The Gates of Peace are not located in our Earthly world,
It is located in the grasslands of every human soul,
Finding and opening those Gates will make you whole.
Finding those elusive Gates of Peace
Will make love and understanding in the world increase.
