The Success

What matters most to me isn’t about what I feel or think,

More than a win it’s the product of what I say, do, and think,

The lesson of a thousand losses and the reason why my lungs are no longer pink,

More than survival everything short of perfect,

Success is a bunch of little victories that drive me toward my purpose,

Losing a thousand times to gain one win,

Waking up the next morning ready to do it again,

Ready to give up I never quit or give in,

When I can struggle and show the character I am within,

Doing good for goodness sake with nothing to say,

Never asking for a returned favor and still getting back more than the cost I pay,

Success isn't having a house,

For me it's building homes,

Success isn't finding Love,

For me it's providing what love needs,

Success isn't perfect,

For me it's always aiming high,

Success isn't winning,

For me it's learning as I go,

Success isn't commanding the masses,

For me it's teaching as I grow,

Success isn't getting rich until I die,

For me it's providing and leaving it behind to multiply,

Success is a lot to me but truly it is near impossible to achieve,

Success is nothing for me without having all these things,

Success was made exactly for me,

Success is the very reason I still breathe!

Success means the world to me under to condition I don't get it alone,

Success is a waste to me if I'm the only what knows where it goes.

What success means to me is kinda like giving out coats in the snow and still being willing to give away a coat of my own.
