I'd like to introduce you all to Ruby and Jay
Two love birds, the likes of a mockingjay
Staring at the sun shining on a journey, while making hay

Promised to journey together to a beautiful land, destination Canaan
Let's go by sea, said Ruby, a beautiful petite looking Asian
Hell yeah said Jay, with a deep tone, just right for a Black Man

Physics said to us, like poles repel, unlike poles attract
Just like the yin and yang jade, different colours but drawn together with great impact
Who would guess, a black man with an Asian beauty, together on a ship going down south
Determined to pull through every storm together on their ship's path

Passengers kept eyes locked on to the couple looking odd
Different in so many ways, yet their lives so intertwined like Dodie's chord
Like the Mikaelsons, they made a vow to each other of always and forever
Unknown to them that it was a fickle promise, dependent on desire

One crucial snag of a ship, sea sickness, out of your mouth waste pour
It then takes but seconds to change your diet on a ship from the previous on shore
Change is a constant variable many people tend to ignore
Once ignored, many years of preparations, thrown out the door

And so the Captain changed course, to the West he started sailing
Confusion filled the ship, left the couple in constant bickering
Out of the blue, a heavy storm came, the captain lost control in the midst of the chaos

The ship got wrecked and about to sink
But the bickering couple still tried so hard to stay in sync
It would take but a miracle for the ship to float
And so the tale of the black man and the Asian beauty on a ship journey, comes to an end, adios.
