Oh good grief! Another year!

Where have the years been going?

Sometimes I don't feel my age,

Are my wrinkles showing?

Should I somehow celebrate

The fact I'm getting older?

Can dye really hide the gray

And make my color bolder?

Is it really worth the time

Or the cost I know I'd face

To redefine the wrinkles

And the spots I should erase?

NOW I know what I can do

For the face that's looking back!

I'LL GRAB MY HUSBAND'S HAMMER

AND GIVE THAT MIRROR A HARD CRACK!!

I am a 79-year old grandmother who loves to write, fish, and grab my camera to capture the beautiful scenery I see around me.
