The sea, a mirror of the human soul

A vast and endless, deep and whole

It has its highs and lows, its calm and storm

A reflection of our own, internal form

It can be peaceful, like a tranquil lake

Or rough and raging, like a heart that breaks

It has its secrets, hidden deep within

A mystery to solve, a riddle to begin

It can be dark and murky, like a troubled mind

Or crystal clear, like a heart that's kind

It has its beauty, a sight to see

A wonder of the world, a majesty

So let us learn, from the sea and its ways

To embrace the highs and weather the lows

Our souls, like the sea, are ever-changing tides

But always worth exploring, and worth the rides.
