Nightmares are parts of us that we usually fear.

Usually need to be asleep for them, but some people are doomed to live their own nightmares.

Wake up, struggle to get through the day to only wish to be back in a deep slumber, to then having that moment arrise and realize that you're only closing your eyes to another nightmare,

and then you open them again and see you never really fell asleep.

The endless cycle that needs to be broken, but no way out.

No amount of force can repair the damage done.

So you must endure the nightmares, however frightening they may be,

and hope that one day your sleep may be restful or for you to be able to breathe in your reality.
