Little feet running rampant

Parenthood can be quite absurd,

A rollercoaster ride, I've heard,

From the sleepless nights,

To the diaper fights,

It's a challenge that's quite absurd.

You'll find yourself covered in spit,

Or maybe with food that won't quit,

You'll be singing kids' songs,

All the day long,

And wondering when you'll ever quit.

But despite all the craziness there,

Parenthood has a joy that's rare,

It's the laughter and love,

That comes from above,

And the memories you'll always share.
