Water, the nurturing force,

Streaming, ebbing, won't ever still,

A power of nature, unadulterated and valid,

It's power, we can never fill.

It tumbles from the sky, a delicate downpour,

Or on the other hand collides with the earth in storms,

It streams in waterways, wide and profound,

Also, in the seas, it changes.

It gives life to all that develops,

Also, extinguishes thirsts of each and every sort,

It scrubs and cleanses,

Also, leaves the world revived as a top priority.

Water, the pith of our being,

Without it, we can't make due,

A valuable asset, to be treasured,

Also, in its magnificence, we should flourish.

It tends to be quiet, it very well may be savage,

It tends to be delicate, it very well may be wild,

Water, the always evolving component,

It's story, never goes downhill or gentle
