A toxic person, they poison the air

Their words and actions, heavy to bear

They thrive on drama, they love to hate

Their negativity, it's hard to abate

Their presence is suffocating

Like a cloud of smoke, it's debilitating

They drag you down, make you feel small

Their toxicity infects all

They manipulate, they play mind games

Their intentions, always the same

To bring you down, to make you suffer

Their words, they cut like a dagger

They drain your energy, they steal your joy

Their company, it's just a ploy

To use and abuse, to take what they can

Their toxicity, it's a vicious plan

So if you meet a toxic person, beware

Their poison, it's not something to bear

For they will bring you down, make you feel blue

And in the end, it's not worth it, it's true.
