The poem of elegance

Every year, you are in good health

By MOSIE hazimePublished 2 years ago • 1 min read
Every year, you are in good health

In sunrise's hug, where shadows blur,

A mission starts, a commitment made.

With each step, the heartbeat's tune,

An excursion where the solid should be.

The morning air, fresh, unadulterated, and clear,

Murmurs fortitude, overwhelms dread.

Muscles wake, their power restore,

In every breath, the soul developed.

Loads that thump and bodies strain,

In sweat and work, the soul's benefit.

Perseverance fabricates, resolve stands tall,

Through each ascent and each fall.

The way to strength, not cleared or straight,

In any case, cut by will, challenging destiny.

With each mile and each lift,

The spirit climbs, the psyche shifts.

For wellness isn't simply the sturdiness,

In any case, discipline, another first light.

A dance of equilibrium, strength, and elegance,

A test met, a day to day race.

So let the heart with enthusiasm thump,

In each preliminary, rout, rehash.

For eventually, the award is clear,

A better, more grounded, fitter year.
