The Nine Gifts of the Holy Spirit

A Word of Wisdom flies in a straight line for a target

A Word of Knowledge is as a nugget of treasure

Faith rises where fear had already fallen a long time ago

Gifts of Healing comfort and flow and touch with warmth

Working of Miracles extend out to shock the natural

Prophecy bellows and then retreats for internal reprieve

Discerning of Spirits has subtle eyes that see the truth of light and the deceiving darkness

Diverse Kinds of Tongues declare the words of communion into the spiritual realm

Interpretation of Tongues understands the riddles flowing free

All the gifts of the Holy Spirit are fitted together as a wing that sails.

1 Corinthians 12:8-10 says, "for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues."
