As the clouds open to reveal the sky
The blue of night speaks to me
It resonates through my mind
And immediately I think of you
The more I wait I know you can feel me
I know you know when I'm around
Even when I don’t make a sound
I know you know I'm there
Just know when the world is against you
When time seems too slow till im with you
And the day isn’t quite done
Just know that I will always be there
No one can tell me who you are
No one can tell me what is true
Nor what is false about you
That is a decision for me
So grow big knowing that I am with you
Grow strong that my love is in you
Grow confident that you have our values
Because as I look at the moon I see you

The problem with being a nice person
Who would have thought that being a nice person could be problematic. The majority of people would tell you that’s what they want to be or at least want those around them to be, but as it turns out, what we want and what we say we want are worlds apart. I won't stress or ramble on about how I would like things to be, but I’ll just analyze why this is, I am not sure either if a solution is even possible.
