The Man Beside Me

Cameras exploded like thunder

The second we stepped through the door

Red carpets curled beneath our feet

Like royalty walking to war

Your hand brushed slow against mine

Sending heat straight under my skin

Every woman watched you smiling

Every heartbeat pulled me in

Diamonds flashed around the ballroom

Champagne shimmered crystal gold

Still your eyes stayed fixed upon me

Like I was the prize you’d hold

You carried charm like wildfire

Smooth velvet wrapped around flame

Turning simple moments electric

Just speaking softly my name

The crowd kept calling for photos

Voices rising everywhere

Yet all I heard was your laughter

Floating rich through heavy air

Black silk hugging every curve

Confidence poured through my veins

Standing there beside a legend

While desire rushed like rain

You looked at me with temptation

That dangerous spark in your grin

The kind that leaves lipstick trembling

And weakens resistance within

Every step beside you dazzled

Every glance ignited sparks

Like the whole world disappeared

The second you pulled me close in the dark

So let the headlines keep talking

Let them chase the fire we charm

Because every woman dreamed of you

Yet tonight you were the man on my arm

It’s All about my Tom Jones ♥️
