A young woman lost her way one day,
Uncertain of the path to take, which way to sway,
Her dreams once vivid, now a hazy mist,
Her goals and passions she sorely missed.
*
Her mind was clouded, her heart weighed down,
By fears and doubts that seemed to drown,
Her spirit and her will to strive,
For the life she longed to live.
*
But then a voice, a gentle breeze,
Whispered to her amidst the trees,
"Be not afraid, for your path is near,
Just listen closely and have no fear."
*
She closed her eyes and took a breath,
And in her heart, she found a strength,
To trust in herself, to find her way,
And to follow her heart without delay.
*
Slowly but surely, her path appeared,
Through the haze, her vision cleared,
And with each step, she gained a stride,
Towards the life she wanted to abide.
*
No longer lost, but with a clear view,
She knew exactly what she had to do,
To live a life that was true and pure,
And to let her passions and dreams endure.
*
For even when we lose our way,
And darkness seems to lead the day,
There is always a glimmer of hope,
To guide us through the toughest slope.
*
So let us listen to that still small voice,
That whispers softly and offers a choice,
To follow our hearts, to find our light,
And to journey forth with all our might.
