Exorable? No. The darkness is inevitable.
Creeping in steadily… shrouded and shaken by its stifling shadow while simultaneously feeling secured by the Word of God:
"Light shines in the darkness, the darkness has not overcome it."
Inscribed by John in chapter 1 verse 5 to remind and reassure of the light's promised and imminent return.
Perforating the darkness with the way, the truth and the life, the light yet again defeats the darkness, our God conquers the grave.
Steadied solely by the Saviour amidst obscure sufferings, there is hope as He once more brings forth a new dawn.
Everlasting light in Christ washes over the world chasing away the despairs of the darkness that fails to remain.
