Inevitable, oh how you reign
Unstoppable, you move with no restrain
No matter the course, no matter the pain
You arrive, with no warning, no refrain
You're the wind that howls, the waves that crash
The sun that sets, the lightning flash
You bring both joy and heartache with your lash
The uncertainty of your arrival, it's hard to catch
You are the one thing we can't escape
The fate we can't control, the final shape
Of our lives, our destinies, the tape
That measures our time, our ultimate scrape
Yet, in your grip, we find some peace
A reminder that all things must cease
That life is fleeting, and the end release
From the troubles, the turmoil, the disease
So we face you, inevitable, with grace
Embracing the present, our time and space
Knowing that someday, we'll meet face-to-face
And find solace, in the final embrace.
