In the world of social media we dwell
Where likes and comments cast a spell
We scroll through feeds, till our eyes swell
To seek validation, oh, what the hell.
Our profile pics, do they tell
A thousand lies, like Pinocchio's sell
Yet we pretend, all is well
While our true selves, in shadows dwell.
