Beds are made,
Bathrooms are scrubbed,
Hallways are clean,
Now,
It's time for grub,
Pots are all washed,
Surfaces are gleaming,
The washing is hung,
I see a silver lining,
Toilet monsters are gone,
Now, there is no pong!
Laundry has been done,
The kettle is now on!
Boiling, boiling,
Brewing, brewing,
Clink, Clinking,
Stirring, waiting,
Squeeze it again,
Time to add the milk,
Now, a little sugar,
Stirring,
Once more,
Now your free to go!
Grab a chair,
Make sure it's got flare,
Sit back
Relax a little,
The housework is done;
Time for a little downtime,
Enjoy your cuppa!
