The Hilarious Afterlife of Ghost Fred: A Limerick Tale
Meet Fred, the Party-Loving Ghost

There once was a ghost named Fred,
Who haunted a mansion, it's been said,
He'd rattle chains and doors,
And make the floors creak with roars,
And fill the living with great dread.
-------
But Fred was a peculiar ghost,
Who wasn't satisfied with just to boast,
He wanted to try something new,
And his idea was to debut,
As a stand-up comedian with a host.
-------
He'd tell jokes about how he died,
And his audience would cheer and confide,
In the funny tales, he'd spin,
Of his afterlife adventures and grin,
And even the living couldn't hide.
-------
One day, a group of sceptics came by,
With equipment to debunk and pry,
Fred knew they'd ruin his gig,
And make his jokes seem like a dig,
But Fred was no ordinary guy.
-------
He waited until the time was right,
And gave the sceptics quite a fright,
By making their equipment go haywire,
And showing them that he was no liar,
And they ran off into the night.
-------
From then on, Fred's career took off,
As a ghostly comedian with a laugh,
He entertained the living and the dead,
With jokes that echoed in their heads,
And his parties became quite the scoff.
-------
But even with his newfound fame,
Fred never forgot his ghostly name,
He still haunted the mansion walls,
And played pranks on those who'd call,
And life as a ghost was never the same.
