The Green Grass

A tale of life begins each day
In a field where green lives play.
Showing Emerald blades, a carpet spread,
Under the skies, where seeds are fed.

Green grass, a symphony of hues,
Nature reflecting a vibrant muse.
As the wind blows, it sways and rocks each other,
Out comes the melody in order.

There my feet, on a carpet's grace,
Softly caressed in an open space.
Blooming in dew and morning light,
A natures work, pure and bright.

Cloaked in green, the earth's attire,
A haven for creatures, big and dire.
It cradles life in every strand,
A refuge where small wonders stand.

Roots entwine in a hidden dance,
Helping the beauty to advance.
They anchor tales of growth untold,
Of leaves as stories are scrolled.

Beside the rivers, 'neath the trees,
They grow in multiple of threes.
A sanctuary for weary feet,
Helping out to a connection sweet.

Oh, vital green, a gift profound,
Nurturing life on earthly ground.
Oxygen breathes in the blades,
A ballet in the green, invades.

So, let's cherish this verdant sea,
A testament to Earth's decree.
In green grass, a lesson lies,
Life flourishes, under the blue skies.
