Two hearts one love

The Greatest Word is I Love You

In quiet nights and morning’s gleam,

we share a sweet and simple dream,

no diamonds shine, no crowns compare

to whispered love beyond all care.

No need for gold, no need for fame,

I only breathe your dearest name,

and in the hush of skies so true,

the greatest word is I love you.

Through storms that pass and skies that clear,

your voice remains, so close, so near,

no grander phrase could ever be,

than I love you, and you love me.

And when the world feels far and wide,

I find my home here by your side,

no distant shore or sky so blue,

could match these words, I love you.

With every dawn and fading light,

Wyou hold my hand, you hold me tight,

no sweeter sound could drift on through,

than whispered hearts that say I do.

So let the years in silence fly,

and time may pause, and stars may die,

one truth will stand, forever true,

the greatest word is I love you.
