She was born into the world
She didn’t ask for it
But she is
Sculpted from the crack held close to her makers lips
She is born
And now she breathes
With no recollection of early existence
Her corner is cold and silent
Her protector unable to protect
She takes the beating
She keeps quiet
Fast forwarding unknowingly
She escapes
They know of her but don’t know her
But they decide her fate
She’s suddenly missing her corner
Lashing out from the lashes
It doesn’t help
Exuding adolescence
She enters her first prime
The dream is to be noticed but unknown
She’s known
Jessica Rabbitesk
She walks in mystery with her head held high
She grows
And her body fails her
It creates an image worth killing over
She tried to find herself
And found herself labeled
Her A is coincidental
The adhesive rips seep through her black
With the weight of herself on her back
She stands
She never falls
She pushes forward
Her heart now broken
Too many times to count
She must decide to break it again
It’s unfixable
She’s unfixable
But she’s strong for them
Or she would die.
