He had too much hope for our future,
Which is why I didn't leave him,
I tell myself sometimes,
I will never give up our love,
Even when we're doves,
Up in the sky,
The stars align,
With scars of mine,
Together we fly,
Passionate and determined I am,
For my man,
Who I will love forever.
