The Fire Within By Soundarya Trivedi I’m a soul that’s walked through storm and fire, With broken wings, I still climb higher. Faced with silence, pain, and fear, Yet my spirit screams—I’m still here. Failures came, like shadows near, But hope stayed strong, so crystal clear. A heart that holds deep love and light, For family, friends—my sister, my might. I dream of rising, touching skies, To shine with truth, where courage lies. Though I’m a victim, I’m not just pain, I’m rising stronger, again and again. An NCC cadet, gold runs in my name, Discipline and honor fuel my flame. I speak for justice, lend my hand, To lift the broken, to heal the land. I cherish animals, I roam the earth, In every journey, I find my worth. I’ve been hurt, yet still I stand, With fire within and healing hands. I am a voice for the unheard cries, A living poem that never dies. One day I’ll be the light they seek, A soul on fire, bold yet meek.
