The Final Breath

Inevitable end, with a final breath

The darkness comes, to steal our breath

An eternal sleep, we cannot escape

Death, the ultimate fate we must face

It comes to us all, without remorse

A reality we cannot ignore or force

It steals our loved ones, leaves us alone

A pain that cuts deep, to the bone

But death is not always a cruel fate

It can bring an end to suffering, alleviate

It can bring peace, to those in pain

And allow us to live, with memories that remain

So let us not fear, what we cannot change

But rather embrace life, with all its range

For death is simply a part of our journey

And in the end, it's not death but life that we should yearn-y.
