The elephant is a mighty beast, of great size and strength
A true icon of the wild, that roams at great length
It is a highly intelligent being, with a strong social bond
A family-oriented creature, that is loved by all
It roams the savannas and forests, in search of food and water
A gentle giant, that is always in order
It feeds on leaves and branches, and is known to roam
A true survivor, that always finds a home
The elephant is a symbol, of wisdom and power
A creature that commands respect, in every hour
So let us respect and protect, the elephant of the land
For it is a precious gift, that we must expand.

The last time I laughed so hard that my belly hurt was ___________ Rupi Kaur's Gratitude Writing Prompts When I was 24 and going to a women's support group we would laugh, I would go home with a sore face and sore sides. Why? I wasn't used to smiling or laughing. After a few months of doing that, I never have a sore face, sides, or belly from laughing as I laugh enough.
