The dearest winter,You are again...
New hopes in winter
Letting the trees,
to take a long rest,
giving a break for every soul,
streets, parks, lakes, valleys,
even the high hills,
go white with soft snow you create,
the dearest Winter, You are again,
even prettier than I saw you,
in the last year...
to be honest,
prettiest ever I think,
also I believe you would be,
even more glamorous,
in the next year,
however the feeling you create,
inside the soul is simply gorgeous,
but please make sure,
you aren't going to freeze the hearts,
because hearts should always stay warm,
you refresh the mind,
to turn the new calendar ,
in a better way,
the dearest winter, You are again....l

Doing it for the troops
The others dropped like flies around me. We fought and struggled to get to this point. I'm the only one left now. The objective is right there. A mere two hundred feet away. The last of my team got a bullet to the head right next to me, but I couldn't do anything. I was able to locate and neutralise the sniper as he shot my friend, so his death was at least not in vain.
