I agree - the last line strikes a dissonant chord for me, too. What is the the central image and message you want to convey? you have 3 distinctly different things happening here: the visual layers, the howling wind, and not being able to bask in the sun....I think the most interesting part is the wolf.....maybe start there for a revision...best regards,
