Wielding hands of fire
Thawing winter off my soul
But they singed it, too
When the flames were fanned
the control was seized from us
by the winds we stirred
Rainfall would not quench
the burning that consumed us
Dive deep, desperate
Bare earth drank us in
The fire, water, air, and all
Buried love beneath
About the Creator

Just trying to make it through the days - writing is a great way to stay distracted and refreshed.
