"The Changing Landscape"

I stand at the edge of the field

I stand at the edge of the field,

Watching as the seasons yield.

The green grass turns to gold,

The leaves fall and the wind grows cold.

The landscape is always in flux,

Changing with the seasons, never stuck.

From winter's frost to summer's heat,

There's always something new to meet.

But no matter how much it shifts,

There's a beauty to be found in it.

The way the light falls on the hills,

The way the water sparkles and fills.

So I'll stand here and take it all in,

Embrace the change, let it begin.

For with each passing day,

The landscape transforms in its own way.
