Is The Figure Of A Great White Hare
Upon The Trees Golden Light Does Spill
Beauty Seen For All The Creatures There

Among The Trees White Hares Run And Play
O'er The Image Of Their Chalk-Drawn God
Throughout The Night And Throughout The Day
Mystic Creatures Love To Be Abroad

This Is The Place Where The Spells Are Cast
By Sorceresses And Their Druids
Immortal Magic From Times Long Past
With Words That Could Never Be Doubted

All The White Hares Here Are Protected
By Magi Who Look After This Place
On This Hill Where The Chalk Hare Is Etched
Watched Over By Their Mystical Grace

Three Hares And Seven Trees On This Hill
Are The Ones We See On This Dark Night
The Creatures Will Always Have Their Fill
Always Nourished Under Golden Light
