The Boys Approach to my Troubles

Bobby and the boys told me

it was for my own good

that I was acting too crazy

about you

that they were going to beat

the craziness out of me

but I told them it wouldn’t

do any good

and Bobby said we’ll see

about that

and with that

he threw

the first punch

I tried to move

but he caught

enough of my chin to stun me

then Little Paul threw himself

at my legs and I went down

then

Little Paul

Carl

and

Eddie

all started kicking me as

I tried to roll away from them

only Sam held back

saying he didn’t agree

with their approach to

troubles with females

but you know something

they couldn’t

hurt me

cause the more they kicked

me

the more I knew

how much I loved you

and finally

they could see that

love as well

so they stopped

and they all sat

down

and we had a good

cry about it

…except for Sam

who said he

didn’t want to

get involved

in such

things…
